Rollin' on the River is a weekly, Friday night concert series held on the Riverfront Stage beginning the second Friday of June and ending on the last Friday of August. Each concert features high-octane performers from the surrounding West Michigan area spanning rock, folk, blues, country, R&B, and other genres. The free 6pm-9pm event offers two hours of live music and food and alcoholic beverages available for purchase throughout.

Bridgefest

Bridgefest is a community festival that has been celebrating Allegan’s Old Iron Bridge and the start of summer since 1983. The all-day event features activities for kids and adults, music and entertainment, food and beverages, fireworks, and more on the second Saturday of June.

Good Times at the Gazebo

P1030783

Good Times at the Gazebo celebrated its 30th year in 2018 by continuing the free Saturday night concerts at Mahan Park during July and August. The free 7pm-9pm series offers a quieter counterpart to Rollin’ on the River by featuring acoustic, folk, country, jazz, and blues acts.

Allegan Festival of Beers
The Allegan Festival of Beers was inspired by the idea that if Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo can be Beer City destinations, so can Allegan! With so many great brews available in Allegan County, someone needed to lay claim as the "Beer City Pitstop" between those two Beer City giants. The goal of the Allegan Festival of Beers is simple; Positively Allegan wanted to throw a big party celebrating great beer from our area.

Ghouls Night Out
Grab your ghoulfriends, call the gremlin sitter, and put on your spookiest attire...visit Downtown Allegan for a spellbinding evening for a Ghouls Night Out! Dress in costume during extended shopping hours and shop ‘til you drop dead before the bewitching prize drawing event to end the night.
